PLEASE NOTE: A pre-application meeting is REQUIRED with the Director of Planning and Zoning prior to any submittals for a Development Review Board hearing.

Hearings are scheduled for the second (2nd) Monday of each month at 6pm unless there is a conflict with a Holiday or moved to the fourth (4th) Monday of the month due to a holiday affecting a Selectboard or Trustees meeting. Please note that September and October are TBD and may have alternate dates of the fourth (4th) Monday of the month.

Permit Applications

A pre-application meeting (virtual or in-person) is strongly encouraged before submitting any permit applications. Please contact Erin or Jarrod to schedule an appointment.

Please note: The Planning & Zoning Department is not able to accept credit card payments at this time. Payment must be made by cash or check payable to the Town of Ludlow.

You may either:

• fill out the document online, save and email
• fill out the document online, print and bring or mail it
• print it and write (legibly) and bring or mail it

Please Note: All submitted drawings and floor plans must include "Construction Set" or "For Construction" on each page.
